Poor customer service

So I get to Galito's Hazyview and I buy 2 full chickens. I wait for 30 minutes but no food, I go and enquirer but the cashier "Lot" his name, tells me wait 20 minutes more mean while people who came after are getting their orders. I ask to speak to the manager and he says I am the manager. Now I have a problem, his already not dealing with the matter like a manager.

I think to myself let me call the store and ask for a manager. Right I call the store, I could here the phone ring but no answer. I then went back to "Lot" the cashier and requested my money back and left.
