POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Day: 25/09/2022 Time: 18:45 Venue: Garlito’s Witbank Sasol garage I placed an order for collection an hour before and they agreed to me fetching it in 20 minutes, i get there I find a lady working on their till she says they have to start afresh preparing my order while I wait, I ask her that they said 20 minutes…while we are speaking load shedding goes off now she tells me they cannot prepare my order they’re gonna give me something else which I didn’t order because of load shedding. I have to say that what a very poor service that we only have 2 Garlito’s in Witbank and I had to drive all the way from Reyno Ridge for nothing…all I’m getting is attitude and someone telling me there’s nothing she can do about it. I’m very much disappointed!
