Pathetic Service Ever

I ordered food via MrD app ( Strips and Rice) @ Galitos Grobler Street Polokwane, delivery was made and I realise while I was in the house that it is incorrect, it was Small Rice. I called the store and Mosima answered, I told her my issue she said:

I must take it up with MrD Rather I must bring it back It is not her problem She referred to me as MrD client not Galitos

She was Extremely rude, when I asked to rather speak to someone (I said can speak to Somebody), she put the phone aside and continue to laugh about my issue with someone ( I heard her saying, Somebody come to the phone) and later hang up.

I refused to drive to the store, reason why I ordered and paid delivery fee.

I refuse to receive such service.
