Pathetic Service !!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening to whom it concerns, I've never come across such a shocking experience in my life since i was born especially in this time of the Pandemic that the whole world is facing. I went to Galitos Montana Crossing whereby I came across this so-called manager by the name of Victor. Immediately when we entered the shop he demanded that we sanitize our hands with this untidy bottle of sanitizer no problem we followed the process as we are all aware that we should always obey to the shop terms and conditions even though I was risking my health and another thing they kept the register at the door which its empty and no one is monitoring it. 30 Minutes later 2 of the white people entered the shop but they were never told to sanitize their hands and i kept quiet until another white guy entered without a mask on and he spoke to the same Manager but he didn't notice until i approached this so unprofessional manager. When I approached Victor about this whole thing he was so defensive instead of being so professional he told me that he was not aware and he was on the phone when this customer entered the shop. BUT in short i need this manager to be taken to discipline because i feel like he doesn't have respect for the customers, he is risking our health and most of all he lacks customer service. Can this be done ASAP before i escalate further. Regards Gontse
