Pathetic service at Galito's Montana

7 January 2023 Galito's Montana Pretoria I placed my order at 14.50, and I only received my food at 15.34. None of the staff members bothered to communicate with me as to how far my order is, customers that placed their orders way after me received their orders before me. Still, nobody came to update me as to why my food order is taking so long. Then after a good 20 min one staff member eventually came to say there are no wraps to complete the order they first had to go purchase it at spar, that's rather ridiculous if you have a wrap meal on your menu aren't you suppose to stock those items so clients don't have to be inconvenienced. Also nobody was apologetic the entire time, the same lady who took my order advised that she had to make the wrap because nobody else could. Eventually at 15.34 I received my food, the wrap was bad quality based on my previous encounters at galitos Montgomery park where service is way better, food and presentation as well.The chips were hard and cold and also there was no cheese in both wraps. The wraps were over toasted and hard. The coldrink was flat and hot. The whole customer experience was very unpleasant.
