Pathetic service

I order food on Friday through Mr. D and Galitos did not send the cooldrink with the order. I called the store twice and eventually asked for a refund as the staff were rude and clueless on how to resolve the issue. I am still waiting for my refund. Gallitos is taking money from customers and not delivering good which is unprofessional and dishonest.
