Pathetic Delivery Service on the App

Galitos sunnyside has to be the worst restaurant to place an order on the App as they don't take thing's serious, it's been two hours since placing my order and no delivery was done not did I receive a call to update me what was happening,it is embarrassing as some time the driver's don't even have time to even call you all they do is send call backs at some point and just hope you call them back,it is embarrassing and I am never buying from them again and I hope no one else does!
