OUTRAGEOUSLY BELOW BAD SERVICE!!!

I am so extremely furious with the service at Galito's Protea Glen , on the 20th i called at 16:01 on the number i found on the internet (010) to place an order for pick up later, i got there at 19:10 to my surprise my order wasn't done or "received" from their call center which had absolutely nothing to do with me because the lady that answered the phone said she's at Protea Glen Galito's they then told me to order over the counter and wait 15min i'll receive my order was so annoyed because it was my son's birthday that i had to waste more time , i then patiently waited in about 45min from 15min i'm told Chicken is finished i have to wait 15 more minutes i then stripped my moer and told them off , the service there is so pathetic that they even know that it's a norm to order and get there to find nothing and clearly they are absolutely fine with it. Eventually after waiting 1hour 15min only then i got the order, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN
