No sauce, dry chicken Galitos

Bought a Chillaz Pack : half lemon and herb and half hot (ordered over the phone) in Galitos Pretoria CBD (Bosman and Pretorius street) I was told that I had to buy an extra mild sauce which causes R4. 00 of which I did, when I got home to my surprise, there was no extra sauce that I was told to buy. My lemon and herb had zero sauce and my hot had a teas**** of some water things that didn't smell like sauce. I couldn't even take it back because I live further away from CBD
