Never again... Galito's **** and thievery

On Saturday the 26th September 2026 at around 17H00 ordered from Galito's Moratiwa Crossing and I waited over an hour for my chicken only order because there were no chips, I ordered chips at Steers and they came out before my chicken did. Finally after all the customers complaint about the wait our orders came out and I was defeated when I opened the box. 1. They gave me a spring chicken or chick, and that was not work R175. 2. Pieces were missing (breast section) 3. It was charred/exposed bones burnt black 4. It was dry and I couldn't eat it especially because I have braces on. They take the slip so you can't really go back and complain without proof, plus I really did not want to deal with the poor customer care and service I experienced when I was waiting for my order
