More then an hour late on delivery and solution from manager

I did an online order for delivery at 12.15 . it is 13:13 and no delivery so i have called the store and spoke to a manager Adam who advised me that there is nothing he can do the driver left with my food, he just came on shift and he cannot assist with anything before his shift, if calls are recorded i would like head office or higher management to listen to my call, he advised me that i will get my food shortly and assured me that my food will be hot and fresh. While on the line he says my driver is back so you should have your food, then he says the driver says he came to my offices and no was here!!! so i said can never be , then he says the driver came here and spoke to our receptionist and that the receptionist advised him no one order food. firstly we dont have a receptionist , secondly the story keeps changing. its now 13:24 and still not delivery !!! i am a regular customer and my offices are 5 mins drive away from the Galitos!!! unacceptable attitude from Adam , he clearly has no manager skills. I know receive a call from a lady who says she is the store manager Aneria who firstly apologized for all the drama and confirmed my order and advised they will now make a new order for me and have it delivered at no charge. I posted this so higher authority will know the type of management they have running their store!
