Missing items on order

Clearly there is either a problem with the staff or with Management from Galito's Kabokweni, this is my second complaint on hello peter regarding the store. it is tiring to be dealing with the same thing over and over again. I have complained at the store with my order always missing something items, all I get is I am sorry but nothing ever changes. Maybe as paying customers we should take on a culture of cancelling restaurants until they close, because clearly you do not train your staff on customer service. to realize that from reading all the reviews on Hellopeter regarding orders missing items and other things must be embarrassing for a business

Change or Perish Galitos.. I am waiting for a response from the store if not I am taking this complaint further
