Missing food items and no response

I went into Galito's Kanyamazane to buy a full chicken and two pap. Got home,took out the food from the bag & realised that there was only the chicken and they had not put in the two pap. This was not the first time that they do not get my order right.Once, I bought a chicken cheese burger and they left out the cheese.On another occasion they left out a chilli bean salad so I phoned the shop. I explained to the lady that I had been there earlier and the situation. She said there must have been a mistake when they packaged the food. I told her this is not the first time I place an order and they get it wrong, and asked what should be done now. She said there's nothing they can do.I suggested that they deliver because I wasn't willing to drive back. She said she'd get the manager to call me back.<br> An hour later there was still no call so I called back to the shop and asked to speak to Nonhlanhla.I asked her why I had not been called back by her or her manager as promised.She then said the manager was out. I asked why she had not called back then to tell me this just to show some courtesy and at least reassure me my matter is being considered. A day later, and still nothing!
