Long wait for raw food

on 10 July 2022 11:34 I placed my order by calling Brits Galito's. I arrived 11:54 to find my order is not ready as promised by the lady behind tge counter. I waited another 12 minutes witch was not to bad. I asked for butter and tge lady said tgey dont have. It is the 3rd time in a row tgat there are no butter. After getting back home: My Chicken livers was still raw. My chips was raw in two of my Chicken strip meals. I dont agree with the quality of tge food. Very disappointing.
