Late delivery,wrong food delivered and attitude

I am a frequent customer at galitos engen garage polokwane.on d 26 december i ordered food at 20:20 and it never came until i made a follow up call at 21:20 where i was given a lame excuse that d was only one driver.normaly my food only takes less dan 15minets to be delivered.my food then arrived at at 21:40.upon opening my food i found dt instead of half chicken and 3pap is half chicken and 2pap.i called to find out and the lady said its a mastake as they charged for three pap but delivered two.as it was already past 10 i den asked them to only deliver d pap d following day.i called around 09h00 and a lady by d name edith said she knows nothing about the setuation so she is not gonna give me anything.i then waited until 20:30 in d evening then i called to ask for a lady who assisted me d previous day..i then requested for the pap to be delivered where she said itl be delivered.i made few follow ups until i gave up at 21:36 as i was being told d driver is on d wai.as i typ dis i still have not got my pap.i am very disapointed about d service rendered by d so called supervisor-florence as she was never apologatic about this matter where she also advise that i can lodge a complain if i want to.i am never buying at dt galitos never.
