It's on the menu but we don't serve it!

Galito's has a menu on their national website (www.galitos.co.za).

When i go to their franchised branch in Tzaneen, I am told that they do not offer certain items on the menu.

What kind of a franchise is this? If I go to KFC, they offer the same thing country wide, the same goes for Nando's...
