Incomplete order

I went to the store in park station on the 05 December 2022 I bought half a chicken and chips asked for it to be a take away. When i got home i opened the food just to find out that the chips are hard indicating that it was old, then realized that i was given a quarter chicken with a drumstick. I immediately called the shop, asked for the manager and the lady that answered the call for taking orders claimed to be the manager. ( Jesse Mkamku ). I raised my complain and informed her that i want a refund. She said she has to speak to her bosses to ask for permission to refund me. I am still waiting for her to call me back. Hello peter please help me expose this business.
