Incomplete order delivery

Giving 0 star. Order was delivered but 2 x 2L of soda were missing. The driver took my receipt and said he needs it to collect my missing order. An hour later,I am still waiting. I am not shocked at this though because customer service usually sucks in this mall. Order number ***6
