If delivery is not late, Then it is incorrect

Galito's The Grove is the closet place that offers delivery to where I work, so it makes sense for me to order from them. My colleagues and i have ordered a couple of times and if they do not delivery the food late then they seem to have incorrect order. On Friday 2017/10/20, I placed an order, when they delivered the order something was missing. How do I deal with that? If you tell the delivery guy he does not know.
