Horrible service

I had the worst experience ever at Galitos Sunnyside, I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours now and there is no communication on their side either. I called multiple times and the is nk help that I got there instead they just hang up the phone or put me on hold till I hang up. They're very rude and you don't respect your customers as an establishment.

I don't want that food anymore because at this point I don't know what they would do to my food after calling so many times without any help.
