Great food tastes better when serves by a smile patron

I visited Galito's in Kaalfontien corner, Midrand yesterday. It's was my first experience with the brand on which would have meant a lot because I was having breakfast celebrating my anniversary. To cut the long story short, the food was great hence I gave you a four star rating but the service was a sloppy. So I deducted a star each for the customer service and the cleanliness of the store, the table we sat at was dusty and dirty from the previous customers that used it. And in the time I had been in the store there had been no customers at that table which means it had been like that for quite sometime we had to ask for the table to be cleaned, and when it was eventually cleaned it was not cleaned properly. When then food was serves our beve beverage choice was not asked neither was the beverage severed with a glass or straws my fiancé had to get them herself. Worse part of my experience is That did not see a single smile from the employees not even the lady at the till point who I handed my bank card too with a big smile on my face. Maybe your staff weren't paid, hate working on a Sunday or are just plainly unfriendly. So next time (since the meat and fries did justice) I'll just order a takeaway or a delivery.

Good fries and great chicken must be accompanied by customer services with a cheerful disposition.
