galito`s poor service, unprofessional staff and big time waster`s

called in at 11.20am this morning to order some food to pick up i was told that the order will be ready in 15/20 minutes time, so basically at 11.40am my food will be ready, i even gave them and extra 15 minutes because i went in at 11.55am i walk in and pay for my order the lady says me to wait another 5 minutes so i gave her another 7 minutes. i go up to her again to ask if its ready she says almost i asked her to refund my money back everyone acted like they could not hear me. by the way i asked for my money three times, on the 3rd time i was ****ed off only when i screamed then she came and refunded my money . this is pathetic making people wait for food yet they called in to order because people work everyone has a life and if you guys cant keep up then close the business down galitos wasted my time, my lunch is over so basically i dont eat lunch because of your unprofessional workers. pathetic seriously i wasted my time and money even petrol to get there to pick the food up. i can say now that you have lost a customer and i will make it known to people i know about how poor the service is at galitos. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME I REALLY APPRICIATE IT.
