Galitos Parys - Thandeka

The Most ********** Customer Service, I've ever experienced!!!!!

Knocking off on a Friday afternoon, I called Galitos Parys for a Value Pack Meal for my Hungry Family... Only to find the worst human to deal with!!!!

A lady called Thandeka, answers the phone and immediately tells me to call at another time, as she is apparently busy. I thought she must have made a mistake, which made me call numerous other times, to her telling me the same thing and subsequently not even picking up the phone anymore.

I use a friend's phone to call and she strangely picks up, to take my order at 4pm, when she realises I'm the same person who called earlier, she promises to make sure delivery happens soon but now 5 hours later at 9pm Galitos has still not delivered!!!!

I am in the notion that I'd rather drive to Sasolburg to buy Chicken Take Aways, as this is the worst store with the bottom of the barrel customer service, to order from!!!!

Disgusting Service from a company that advertises as the best Customer Service Orientated Restaurant!!!!!

Shambles if you ask Me!!!!! Don't buy from Galitos if you have a choice
