Galitos Paledi Mall Very Poor service

Galitos at Paledi Mall is the worst, this place is horrible. I had to wait for over 30mins to get the food I had ordered, they are not efficient at all. There is only one person at the till while there are over 7 people waiting on the line which is not correct. And they don't even communicate the cause of the delay. They need to get their staffing right incase someone doesn't come to work they know they scheduled enough people especially for a Friday it is always busy. And the chefs seem to not care at all. As customers we just need the staff to communicate with us so that we know what we waiting for. They need to train their staff on customer service and how to be efficient. This was a very infuriating experience.
