Galito's Noordwyk Nailing Me!

I've always loved Galiito's, whatever the flavour, I enjoy it! But that was *****ed on Saturday evening (18 October 2025) while eating the Lemon and Herb flavour, I found what seemed like a human nail in my meat. I immediately stopped eating and took a picture. The following day, I went to where we'd bought the full chicken in question (which was at the Galito's in Noordwyk, by the Spar). I related my traumatic experience with the staff and the manager, who all claimed that what we found in our food was not a nail (but still don't know what it is exactly). But also that it was the fault of their service provider, who supplies their sauce, which comes ready-made. When I probed further as to the exact ingredients of what's in the sauce, they said they don't know. So at this point I'm traumatised, aggrieved and extremely disappointed. I made the branch manager aware that I would escalate the matter. I hope that the relevant staff members at Head Office will see this review and respond appropriately. Thank you!
