Galitos Nightmare

On 18/12/2024 I ordered 7 strips and rice bowls from the Galitos at the Total garage near gateway Mall. I was utterly disappoint by the service I received, They got my order wrong and the order took almost 2 hours to arrive, I had to make calls to the shop following up on my order because the store failed to communicate they were experiencing a delay with deliveries. what. The worst of all is that there was a piece of cling wrap in one of the bowls. I am shocked and bitterly disappointed in the service I received. You've lost a loyal customer.
