galitos manager needs people skills

Soo one day after work.. My chic and I decided to go to one of my old time favourite take out place..galitos umhlanga,we was greeted and pleasantly served at the counter,yet once we had made our way to find a seat in the galitos establishment we was pushed from the choice of our own choice of seats by an Indian whom was standing outside by him giving us a very rude wave n finger point to the seat next to the one we was wanting to initially sit..thanks for taking away our freedom of choice.. Seems like customer comfort wasn't on the training list,then to top it all off that same waste of an Indian manager decided to approach our table and engage in a very uncomfortable dialogue with us..including informing us that he had reserved that table with which there was clearly no reserve sign on the table and no teller had advised us on.. making us feel even more out of place in a restaurant,I wouldnt go to that place anytime soon,infact I'm sugar coating it..Leme be straight forward..I wil neva ever go to a galitos outlet ever again after I received such bad service from the manager of all people.I'm glad to say I have told all my friends to stay away from this dignity taking place.
