Galito's in Protea Glen Mall complain

Good day, I hereby launch this complaint to Galito’s in Protea Glen. I have truly had the worst experience with this shop countless times. I bought a full chicken at Garlitos and upon arrival at home, I discovered that the chicken was as plain as chicken dust from the street with no source whatsoever. I told them what had happened and they said the packaging might have absorbed all the source. I keep complaining several times and I can go as far as to say I am not complaining to avoid special order. now when I complain about the source, they say I must buy an extra source. I bought a full chicken again and this time you could see that my pieces were missing. I am heart truly hance I voice out my experiences I really like Garlitos food but the Protea Glen mall branch makes me so heartbroken.
