Galitos Howard house poor poor service

I ordered 3 Laduma meals, 1 1/4 chicken with jumbo pap and chilli beans. Order number#7A284 through uber eats. My order was delivered but it was not complete, the Portuguese rolls were not on the package. I called the store immediately but I was frustrated with the people who answered the phone claiming that they could not hear me, i used a different phone but their behaviour did not change.

Very poor service from this store
