This is absolutely pathetic an online order was placed at 17h52 and at 20h42 still no delivery. I have driven to the store where the "manager" who cannot even apologize states that she has too many orders and mine is out for delivery which has been out for delivery since 18h00.

The "manager" an I use this term very loosely was not in any manner willing to assist. She shrugged her shoulders and started laughing with her other colleagues after I turned to leave.

The driver as I am typing this 20 min after leaving the store has now miraculously pitched and I have refused to accept the delivery as I now do not trust the preparation of the food.

This is exceptionally upsetting as a small business owner myself that staff could have such a no care attitude especially someone in a leadership position.

Galitos will never again receive a dime of my money and time.

Galitos Kriel is definitely not a customer first entity.
