Galitos durban north terrible rude service

Placed an order at 1727 on 01/10/21.... at 1910 i still had not recieved my order, called in to the store 8 times only to be spoken to rudely and disrespectfully by the manager sameera. I then asked for the store owners number to complain directly to him. Sameera gave me a number who turned out to be a branch manager. The service and attitude of the staff at durban north galitos is putrid and is bringing down the galitos reputation.
