Galitos City View, Poor Customer Service..

Today at approximately 12.30 I had went to galitos to get lunch. I had clearly ordered a chicken and cheese wrap, however when I got back to work with the food, to my surprise I open it and it's a chicken burger which I obviously didn't order. So I call the store to inform them that they had mixed up my order and all they could say was they very sorry and literally just hang up on me. Totally unacceptable.
