food tasting rotten

On Sunday, the 4th of October 2015 I purchased a meal (chicken strips and rise) at Galito's in Sunnyside. When I got to my place - which is 10 minutes away, I decided not to reheat the meal for I figured it was still fresh from being cooked. The rice smelled bad and tasted awful, the chicken tasted bitter and the Mayo also smelled bad. By the way I've never bought food at this Galito's branch before. I dont know whether employees at this branch just dont care about their customers or whether they are just ***********. This better not be a method for getting rid of expired and contaminated food.
