Food not delivered. Driver knocked off

I don’t know how to begin to explain my utter disappointment. I placed an order today that was acknowledged by Galito in Bloed Street Pretoria at 18:19 and estimated time of delivery was 18:58. Around 18:24 shop contacted me to get my directions, which I provided and they said they will get back to me. At 19:49 I phone and the lady tells me they can’t deliver because the driver knocked off at 18:00 which I then asked for my money back and she said I should phone back later and speak to the manager. I then called the restaurant at 20:01 requested to speak to the manager, I spoke to him and he asked someone else to assist me. This person now asked me to give him until Saturday afternoon and he was going to call me back. I told him I need the money for food the same day and he said he was going to get back to me in a short while which he didn’t and it is already 20:35. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. If the restaurant could atleast have the decency to return my money back or made urgent plans to deliver my food, but no, dishonesty is their way of running a business. Their phone is now forever engaged and cannot go through.
