FLY found in the strips and rice

On 26 Feb 2015, my colleagues and I decided to have take out and we chose Galito's as the hype about the strips and rice in our office was highly recommended. We ordered by phone and we picked up, when I opened my meal and the first thing I saw was a black fuzzy looking thing stuck on the chicken and I realized it was a fly, we immediately was disgusted by this and contacted Galito's Umhlanga and the manager wasn't very apologetic and said he will replace us with another meal, we refused and he didn't even bother to send a formal apology to us, I did ask for a refund which I got and did mention we will never support Galito's Umhlanga again!!!
