Feathers on chicken

Today I had ordered the galitos special 3 pieces chicken chips and a coke x 2 and a chicken burger. order had come on time, which was excellent. however I had such a disappointment when I had opened my chicken meals all of the chicken pieces with had so much of chicken feather on it.I had called the store to complain but no one answered and when the call was answered it was dropped. I am so disappointed as I always order from them. Looking at the chicken with feathers was a really put off. I had to eventually discard the chicken.and therefore had nothing to eat for lunch as I was work and that meal was supposed to be my lunch. It was a real disappointment and to spend my money on food that was not edible.
