Extremely poor customer service

Just close the store.. Your customers service is 🤮 Who waits more than an hour for delivery within 2.5km range? Thnx for the cold food also, great service thou🙄👎🏽 Funny enough the manager noticed after an hour when I called that my order isn't delivered.. Great skills😭
