Excellent service from Call Centre

I got charged twice for an online order I placed at Galito's - once online and in store when a colleague picked up the meals. I thought it was going to be such a hassle to have to try and get my money back, however, I received the most efficient service from the call center and subsequently, from the Galito's store itself. I even received follow up calls to see that all was in order. It was remarkable and I must commend the Call Centre especially for this excellent service.
