disgusting services

<p>I had been to the Galitos Umhlanga branch last night. We ordered our food as sit in and i distinctly told the cashier how i would like the food done. Minutes later we get the food and the chicken was still roar , not well done as i requested and i also requested extra basting which i did not get as well. I call the manager, he takes the chiken makes it again and serves us. I requested for extra basting they give us basting in a bowl for 2 people and we had 6 people with us. Also i would like to point out that the basting that they use to use like 2 -3 months ago is not the same. The basting used previously was thick and tasty. The basting that i received yesterday was watery and horrible. I would like to know if they are mixig water in the basting. When Mohammed the other manager was there i had no issues. I can truly say the services are gone pathetic and i would think twice iof visiting there again. Im absolutely horrified and will spread the word out.</p>
