Disgraceful Service Galito's Bela Bela

Galito's Bela Bela Lerato and Gary The service is disgraceful to say the least I called before 12 P.M and was promised by Lerato that Galito's would deliver I work in the hospitality industry and told my guest that they would deliver by 2.30 P.M At 3 P.M when I called to speak to the manager Gary told me the following : "Eish!!!!!! We don't deliver Sorry about that" Really??????? No call to say that the food was ready No follow up to say that Sorry Lerato made a mistake Possibly the staff saw Free food if I didn't collect The stock take must be amazing if this is what is done The Service is just way below par I will NOT recommend Galito's Bela Bela to any of my Guest's
