Disappointed customer

We have eaten from galitos game city very good experience food was delicious The point branch was a huge disappointment I ordered for 8 people from my office bragging about how much more tasty the chicken is compared to nandos to my regret the chicken at the point branch was extremely dry and hard Taste less the chips was not cooked but the rolls were fresh very disappointing😔
