Complaint against galitos manager at Mam's Mall

I was at Mam's Mall on the 01/12/22 around past seven late, we went to galitos to buy some foods.only to find that its gonna take 2hours to be prepared. I asked to speak to the manager and she answered like there's nothing she can do we have to wait and she had an attitude towards the other customers.

I think this needs to be investigated and dealt with the lady
