Chicken with no thighs or drumsticks and appalling service!!

I received the most awful service at Galitos Beyers Naude. Firstly I had to wait a good 10mins to be assisted at the drive thru and there were no customers in front of me, my car was the only one there. The stuff was very rude as well.I then ordered a full chicken and requested that they cut it for me. To my surprise I realised when I got home that they give me breast pieces and wings only- my full chicken consisted of 4 wing portions and breasts only ! No drumsticks or thighs. I’ve never in my entire life seen such a chicken.
