Careless management

I bought half chicken meal at galitos via Mr D in Joburg, they delivered mild flavor while I I ordered extra hot, last thing the chicken was burned, I wrote a complain but they ignored my complain. So I want the world know inconsiderate n careless is Galitos, I will never recommend anyone to buy galitos in joburg. I really feel disrespected.
