Business ethics!!!! Non existent

On Saturday 30/05/2020 I called for at the Galitos in Sebokeng my call was taken by a kind gentleman by the name of Katlego who I later learned was management aa per information given, he took down my order with a turn around time of 20 minutes 45 minutes later I texted the number supp**** during call to follow up on my family's lunch, only to be met by the most disgusting business ethics I've yet to experience in the service industry only to be told after an hours plus via voice note they will not be delivering food, I advise training for Mathepelo who was addressing me via voice note (which I have saved) in a way no customer should ever experience
