Barely warm chicken and bad service

Last night I bought a full chicken from the Galito's at the Engen garage at the corner of Grobler and Bok streets in Polokwane, but I was not entirely satisfied with the service.<br> <br> First of all, the cashier who assisted me (her name is Gasta), after purchasing, handed me my change and a small piece of paper with a number on it but didn't even bother to explain why she did that and why she could not issue me with a proper tax invoice. I said nothing to her hoping that she might eventually come to her senses and realise her oversight.<br> <br> I had to wait for approx. 15 minutes only to be handed a barely warm full chicken which I had to hand back to another cashier named Magdalene who had just come on duty after Gasta. I then asked her why the chicken was just warm and not the usual hot but she could not give me a sensible answer and she kept downplaying the bad service that I had received.<br> <br> Magdalene even went as far as to tell me that the other customers were not complaining about not being informed about the problem with the printing of tax invoices due to upgrades to the POS system.<br> <br> Could the owner/manager of this store please offer customer service training his/her staff.<br> <br>
