Bad treatment at galitos madiba park

I ordered food at galitos madiba park paid with a card while waiting for the slip the speed point went off they requested me to swipe again i showed them that the money went out they said unfortunately i have to pay again to get my food and come back Friday for my refund i told them to give me my money back they refused they turned the alarm on and they called the police they said i must return Friday for my money can I please have my money back and i will never order from galitos they even called the regional manager who didn't have a solution to our problem
