BAD SERVICE GALITO'S HOWARD HOUSE JOHANNESBURG

Made an order at 12:45 as my lunch is at 1:30 order 89 cashier Molefi Josephina who wrote my name and number wrong because she wasn't paying attention i reconfirmed 3 times then called at 13:45 to find out what is the delay the driver was already sent with the wrong number, cold and burned meat with no chips as we ordered LADUMA MEAL. told them its fine ill wait outside to collect order i then called again spoke to 2 ladies as per slip meal was ready by 13:15 as hungry as i was i said its fine ill wait for the chips which came at 14:15 rude delivery guy who asked where is the burned meat ? its bad enough the meal was bad how do you come with such attitude while the company has done so many mistakes? its because of rude people we prefer other stores i didn't even get an apology or was i suppose to bring the bones?
