Few weeks ago. I ordered food from Galito's prime corner and my order was short of spicy rice which i was billed for I called the store to enquire about this and they promised to deliver the rice after waiting for 2 hours i called them again this time to ask for a refund and still nothing was received i called 2 days later again n no explanation was given

Today again i ordered food and carslaw on the side i recieved my food with a missing item that i was charged. Again I called to enquire and they promised to deliver it i waited 2 hours and called again asking for a refund. And again none was recieved

I called and requested for the supervisor and to my surprise i have been transferred from pillar to. Post and no one helped me

Galito's keeps charging me for food that i. Dont even recieve and now im still waiting for 2 refunds
