Bad Service at Galito's Platinum Park, Polokwane

Last night I called Galitos in Polokwane, Platinum Park to place an order. Firstly the phone just rang with no answer and so we decided to go there. When we arrived I alerted the lady who was assisting us about the phone issue. She said she would rather help customers who are there in person and told us she normally ignores the calls coming in. I was shocked to say the least but I still placed an order. When the food arrived, the meat and chips were burned. I will never buy from that Galitos again. Service was horrible
